Returning something? We’ll handle it, so you don’t have to stress.
🕒 Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
✅ What’s Eligible:
- Unused, unopened products
- Must be in original Careberry packaging
- Purchased directly from careberry.in
🔁 How to Return:

- We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup from your location
- Once received and checked, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days
💰 Refund Options:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Or store credit for your next Careberry treat
- 💡 COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

📦 Return Conditions:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer
- Duties/taxes are non-refundable

Damaged, leaking, or the wrong item? We’ll fix it fast and fuss-free.
Oops! We’re genuinely sorry—this isn’t the Careberry experience we promise. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos or videos of the issue (product, packaging, and batch code)
- A short description of what went wrong

If needed, our Ayurvedic Expert will connect with you. We may ask you to send the product for a quality check. If verified, your return or refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving it.
🛑 We Can’t Accept Returns For:

- Sale items or gift boxes
- Allergic reactions
- Dislike of fragrance, texture, or color
- Items damaged due to misuse
