Returning something? We’ll handle it, so you don’t have to stress.
🕒 Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
✅ What’s Eligible:
- Unused, unopened products
- Must be in original Careberry packaging
- Purchased directly from careberry.in
🔁 How to Return:

- We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup from your location
- Once received and checked, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days
💰 Refund Options:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Or store credit for your next Careberry treat
- 💡 COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

📦 Return Conditions:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer
- Duties/taxes are non-refundable

Oops! We’re genuinely sorry—this isn’t the Careberry experience we promise. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

- Dislike of fragrance, texture, or color
- Items damaged due to misuse
